Eligibility

Who Can Use Tee Time. We want our Service to be as open and inclusive as possible, but we also want it to be safe, secure, and in accordance with the law. We ask that you adhere to the following in order to be part of the Tee Time community.

• You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your country to use Tee Time.
• You must not be a convicted sex offender.

Ways You Can't Use Tee Time. Providing a safe and open space for a broad community requires that we all do our part.

• You can't impersonate others or provide inaccurate information.
• You don't have to disclose your identity but you may not impersonate someone or something you aren't, and you can't create an account for someone else unless you have their express permission.
• You can't do anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent or for an unauthorized purpose.
• You can't violate (or help or encourage others to violate) these Terms or our policies.
• You can't do anything to interfere with or impair the intended operation of the Service.
• This includes misusing any reporting, dispute, or appeals channel, such as by making fraudulent or groundless reports or appeals.
• You can't collect information in unauthorized ways.
• This includes collecting information in an automated way without our express permission.
• You can’t sell, license, or purchase any account or data obtained from us or our Service.
• This includes attempts to buy, sell, or transfer any aspect of your account (including your username); solicit, collect, or use login credentials of others
• You can't post someone else’s private or confidential information without permission or do anything that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright infringement, trademark infringement, counterfeit, or pirated goods).
• You can’t modify, translate, create derivative works of, or reverse engineer our products or their components.

• You can't use a domain name or URL in your username without our prior written consent.

Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose, which includes but is not limited to booking tee times, and accessing golfing resources such as courses and their location. You may not misuse the app in any way, including but not limited to:

• Uploading, sharing, or posting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the app’s security or functionality
• If you select a display name or identifier for your account, we may change it if we believe it is appropriate or necessary (for example, if it infringes someone's intellectual property or impersonates another user).

Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep this information secure. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

Subscription and Payment

User Content

By uploading or sharing content within Tee Time, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for app-related purposes. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Tee Time is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions. You may also discontinue use of the app at any time.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of these changes and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms, you can delete your account.
